Jim Case
Did you know Jim Case? You probably did. Seen around Ashtabula County, Stetson hat
tilted to the side, Jim was a real estate broker and auctioneer since 1957, successfully
serving our community and all of the county for over 50 years. Jim always said, " I want
to be able to see you on the street and enjoy a cup of coffee with you after the deal is closed."
Jim started our company in 1961. We lost a gentle but great man on April 12, 2005
