WHO WE ARE
The late Jim Case, founded Old Reserve Realty in 1961. The company has been
successfully serving the community and all of Ashtabula County for many years --
and we have loved every minute of it.
ADVERTISING
Our advertising is rotated on the basis of present listings. New listings, open houses and price reductions are among a few reasons for priority advertising. Listings will be advertised in the following circulars, depending on the type of listing; providing ad deadline is met. We do not "over-saturate" the public with the same listings. If people view the same properties week after week, they will by-pass our ads, hurting both you and our other listings.

Weekly ad runs on Fridays & Sundays.
PLAIN DEALER - Sunday edition
Summer months: 2-ads monthly, farms & acreage section. Winter months: 1-ad monthly, farms & acreage section.
The Plain Dealer does not provide us with an Ashtabula County section in their advertising. We do run an occasional vacation property ad depending on current listings.

Our office has its own website for potential buyers to view our listings or link to other Realtor's listings. All properties are entered and updated weekly. The website is listed on every advertisement we do. Traffic has been very good on this site, and potential customers can email us for more information.

Our multiple listing service inputs all listings into the database of Realtor.Com, one of the most traveled sites on the Internet for real estate. Both systems are downloaded bi-weekly and your listing will be on the Internet for anyone in the world to view within two weeks of listing date.

Your listing will be included in all other real estate company websites and real estate websites that have a searchable database from NORMLS. Meaning your listing will be on THOUSANDS of websites.
PAPER PROCESSING FEE
Old Reserve Realty does NOT charge a "paper processing fee" on top of our regular commission. Please beware! Some companies offer "free" services then add these "fees" to your listing agreement or purchase agreement or both! Our office is small and comfortable. After years of serving the public, we know that people want to deal with people. They are buying a home! An Investment! We are in the people business and we choose to earn by being personal. It is very important to us to do our best to offer you availability and service.
Our office does not collect any fees if your property does not sell! We encourage you to listen to our experienced staff when pricing your property. Our staff will be open and honest with you and will work to get you the best price. It is our experience that Buyers rarely make offers on properties that start out overpriced or out of their price range.
